Learning C#

Since I joined game design, coding has seemed like a legend. It was always "we'll learn how to code eventually", but now it has finally happened. Being able to write code in C# has been really fun. The little errors are, undeniably, very annoying. It seems like every time I finish writing a script some sort of error pops up indicating I made a little mistake somewhere. Going in and fixing them is really annoying but once everything is correct, you get to press play on your game and witness your work in action. Having your work pay off like that is really satisfying. I'm a little worried that I don't fully understand why we wrote the code we did and how it effects our end product. I've been reassured by programmers I know that with time, and experimentation, I'll start to see patterns and get some answers. I look forward to using this skill in projects later in the year!
