As you can probably gather from the new content on the Game Art and Design PBM page, we were recently tasked with creating professional level board games. I knew creating a fully fleshed out game was going to be a challenge but I didn't think I would be spending as much time as I did on it. Coming up with ideas to perfect the players experience as opposed to for my own creative satisfaction was really hard. I ended up making small mistakes in my game rules that made my game really hard to play. Nonetheless, I was very happy with my result, I spent a lot of time perfecting the visuals of the game and I think that paid off quiet nicely.

This was a fun exercise but I'm excited to get back into the Unity Game Engine and start our coding unit. I'm glad we did a project like this though, I learned a lot about what to prioritize in the game making process. If you would like more information about the process of designing my game of Light and Shadow, feel free to visit the Game Art and Design PBM page. It can be accessed by clicking the more option on the toolbar above.

Neither of my games were successfully able to go through the build process so they are not linked here but they were checked in class....
