Modular Review

All the editable poly modifications came back to me pretty quickly. The only things I really had to readjust to were the more complex modifiers like shell, turbosmooth and symmetry. It had been a while since I'd had to apply those and I had forgotten all the possibilities that went along with them. I struggled to make everything perfectly accurate to the photo references and making sure there weren't any small errors with the polys that would cause problems with the render was a challenge. The fire hydrant presented a lot of those polygon problems after the steps involving proboolean methods but after I had remembered how to do it all properly, things went a lot more smoothly. I hadn't had much experience with border protection by adding new lines on either side so the fire hydrant was an interesting introduction to that. Aside from that it was all pretty much review.
