Learning 3Dstudio Max Techniques

As we start learning all the basic techniques of block modeling, compound objects, and so on, new challenges start presenting themselves. 3D modelling has never been my forte and that is especially true in quarantine. I have been mostly relying on tutorials and assignment instructions but I know I should be going into the program myself and trying miscellaneous modifiers and compound object options. Being outside of a classroom has been a struggle in this class solely because I can't ask for help quickly or get inspiration from friends. My largest issue has been my procrastination, this applies to pretty much every class but DDA II especially because I have to get onto a whole separate system to work on projects. I'm hoping that as time goes on I adapt to using these new strategies and can find a way to be more productive.
