So far in class, we have used Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator in tandem with Adobe After Effects and, Adobe Animate as mediums for our animation projects. While they each had their benefits and downsides, I have preferred Adobe Photoshop. It may not be great for long animations or simple motion graphics but it was easy to use and understand for animations like GIFs. Adobe Illustrator was a long and tedious process that dragged on too long but it was simple to move it to After Effects and make smooth. I have not gotten to use Adobe Animate all that much but so far it seems to be a little overcomplicated compared to Photoshop.
